Our owners also have access to their properties through our owners portal, this portal has access to all current and past financial statements, weekly reports as well as property inspections reports, it also allows owners to log-in to the management system and look at what is going on with property operations in real time.

Our residents benefit from the resident portal where they can make contact with the on-site employees, fill out work orders and even pay their rent on-line at any time from anywhere in the world.

Though the use of the Appfolio system, every property receives it’s own web site, where prospects can view available units, make contact with on-site employees, fill out applications, rent a unit and pay their deposits and move-in costs on-line at any time from anywhere in the world.
