Accelerated invests its own capital into every deal that is done, and we manage and operate every deal we acquire. Accelerated analyzes investments through real world analysis, analyticals & benchmarks which are based on our working knowledge in the industry. If an investment is deemed worthy we will move to put the deal under contract and put together an investment team to do a thorough due diligence, once the due diligence is complete we reach out to our investors to raise the capital necessary to purchase the property.
Investors can expect consistent communication through the acquisition and upon takeover of the asset. We produce weekly reports, monthly financials and send out investor updates along with their returns on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on the investment.
Investors also have access to their properties operations through our owner’s portal, this portal has access to all current and past financial statements and weekly reports, as well as, inspection reports, it also allows owners to log-in to the management system and look at what is going on with property operations in real time.
